Does the price include set up and delivery?
Set-up is included in our prices, but some areas may require a delivery fee. Tax is not included.
Do you deliver to cities not listed?
Yes, but some areas may require a delivery fee. Please call our office for a quote.
Does the rental time include set-up time?
No. We will arrive before the rental time begins.
When will my rental be set up?
Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins, but on some occasions we may arrive up to 4 hours early. We will always call the day before your event to confirm your order at which time we will give a better estimate of when we will arrive.
Will my jump be dirty?
No. Judice Fun Jumps, L.L.C. cleans and disinfects after every rental so your jump should be clean.
Do we have to keep the jump plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit, and once it is unplugged, the jump will deflate. For this reason, we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or generator. Longer cords can pop the circuit breaker so we provide our own heavy duty cords. In the event of bad weather, we may ask you to unplug your jump.
Do you set up at parks? Do parks have electricity?
We do set up in parks but may require an additional charge. Most parks do not have electricity. If you want your rental set up in a park, you may need to rent a generator. We have generators available for rent, but we do not require you to rent your generator from us. Please remember that parks are first come, first serve so please arrive early to secure your location. You may need to contact the park for permission to use the electricity.
What payments do you take?
Credit card, cash, or check. If you pay with cash, please use exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. All of our orders require a deposit of 25% of your rental purchase. This payment is non-refundable and will deduct from your total balance. If you have to cancel your order, your deposit will be saved for credit to use within 90 days. If we have to issue a refund, there will be a $5 credit card processing fee.
How big are the jumps?
Most of our jumps are 15 feet by 15 feet. Please note the space required for each jump is listed near the picture when viewing the products on our website. Some of our jumps can be very big and require extra space. Please remember to include room for the blower in your estimate, and the jump cannot rub against walls or trees. The sizes listed next to our jumps include the space needed for stakes.
Are there any special requirements for the big jumps?
Check the requirements listed next to each jump. Please make sure you have at least four feet of room to access the area to set up. The jumps can be quite heavy so delivery workers need a clear path.
What surfaces do you set up on?
Our favorite surface is grass, but we also set up on dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We can't set up on any type of rock because the rubbing can damage the jump. There is an additional fee to set up on anything but grass.
Can I have a copy of the contract and safety rules?
Yes. When you order a jump, if you provide an email address, you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of the contract and safety rules. You will also receive a copy when your rental is delivered.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
You are NOT responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us immediately so we can remedy the situation. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (such as not turning off the blower in high winds) you WILL be responsible for all damages, including the replacement of the unit or blower which can cost thousands of dollars. You will receive a copy of the safety rules when we deliver the rental, and you will sign and initial the paperwork so you can be the trained operator.
What if I have well water?
The customer is responsible for providing rust free water. You will be charged $75.00 an hour plus the cost of chemicals plus an additional $75.00 an hour during the cleaning process until the item is restored back to original condition.
